Garmin officially notified customers overnight via email regarding reduced water resistance and battery performance issues found in early release Forerunner 920XT watches. The email was sent out to all email addresses attached to a Garmin Connect account where a 920XT had been added/synced.
The good news is that this doesn’t affect any of our (Highly Tuned Athletes’) customers. All 920XT pre-orders will be supplied with the soon to arrive 2nd batch of stock, which will be the revised design with all issues rectified.
